This webinar will examine current health workforce resources and models for combating the Opioid Abuse Epidemic. Presenters will provide details about their current training curriculum, community partnerships, policy, innovative approaches, and recruitment strategies.

- Highlight integrated care clinical approaches and policies to combat the opioid epidemic involving collaboration from community-based partners.
- Discuss challenges and strategies for overcoming health workforce needs as it relates to the opioid epidemic.

The Bureau of Health Workforce (BHW) programs provide financial support to institutions and individuals to enhance training programs and support practice in underserved communities.
The Workforce Grand Rounds webinar series' goal is to improve health professions training with the intention to increase the number of high-quality health professionals, particularly in rural and underserved communities.
